14. Billing Terms
All purchase transactions using your Credit Card will appear as "DVS Digital Media, Inc." on your Credit Card Billing Statement.
Our Payment Processor will verify all Billing Information (Name, Address, Credit Card Number, Credit Card Expiration Date, Security Code[CVV]) that is provided by our customers. To avoid delays (up to 72 hours) in your order, please make sure your Billing information are entered correctly prior to making a purchase on ADULTSUPPLYWAREHOUSE.com. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is unable to be verified.
15. Pre-Order Policy
When choosing a "Pre-Order" status product, you are choosing to pre-pay(pay in advance) for a product not yet released. You will be billed at the time of purchase. The product will ship on the specified release date. You may choose to receive the product on the specified release date if "Release-Date Delivery" shipping option(when available at an additional fee) is chosen.
You will be notified by email if the release date has been delayed or moved up.
We cannot guarantee Release-Date Delivery (when the option is chosen), however we will do our best to expedite and deliver the product you ordered on or as close to Release Date as possible. Some possible delays may occur due to:
Service interruptions or failures (including, for example: services provided by our carriers) caused by events beyond ADULTSUPPLYWAREHOUSE.com's control
No one available to accept the package (although a signature is not required for most Release-Date Delivery items.)
Standard shipping is only available for the 48 Continental United States for U.S. Domestic Orders.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is only available via 2nd Day and Next Day air.

If you live in a restricted area and still purchase a product, you will be in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
